Websites, services and Intent
Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit a Context Aware website, engage us for services or use the invite-only Intent client workspace. A separate proposal, statement of work or client agreement may also apply to paid work.
Who may use our services
You must be legally able to enter an agreement and have authority to act for any business or organisation you represent. Intent is currently available by invitation to authorised Context Aware clients and partners. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for telling us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may use our services for lawful business and project activity. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or upload material that infringes rights or breaks the law. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, data or the service.
Your content and our work
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to host, process, adapt and share that content only as needed to provide the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you provide. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement or statement of work.
Third-party services
Some features depend on providers such as Supabase, Expo, Zoom and Stripe. Their own terms may apply when you use their products or follow links to them. We choose providers with care, but do not control their independent services. Details about how information is handled are available in our Privacy Policy.
Fees and service changes
Fees, billing periods, inclusions and cancellation arrangements for paid work are set out in the applicable proposal, subscription terms or client agreement. We may improve, replace or withdraw parts of a service. Where a material change affects an active paid engagement, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing our services, but technology can experience interruptions and no online service is guaranteed to be continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for loss is limited to loss that was reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our failure to meet an applicable obligation.
Ending access
You may ask us to close your Intent access or delete eligible account information by contacting us. We may end access after a client engagement finishes, if these terms are materially breached, or when needed to meet a legal or security obligation. Information is then handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Governing law and contact
