Launch with a shared view of success
Once the direction is accepted, we complete production, testing and release planning. A focused engagement can often go live within a couple of weeks, while larger or regulated work is staged around the approvals it genuinely requires.
After launch, we watch real behaviour and improve the parts that matter. The original goal remains visible, so iteration does not become a collection of unrelated requests.
